2. What Personal Data Do We Process?
Simply visiting our site does not result in any personal data being processed — data is only collected when you provide it to us yourself through one of the following channels:
- Free quote form (the "Contact" section on the homepage): full name, phone, email, the model(s) you're interested in, and your message.
- Catalog / example projects download forms: full name, phone, email.
- Picco AI chat assistant: the content of the message you type into the chat box (passed to an AI model, explained under item 4 below).
- WhatsApp or phone contact: whatever you share in that conversation (your WhatsApp/mobile carrier's own privacy rules apply there and are outside the scope of this notice).
Our site has no analytics tool, advertising pixel or tracking cookie that monitors visitor behavior.
3. Why Do We Process Your Personal Data?
- To prepare a price quote and get in touch with you based on your request
- To send you the catalog or example projects file you requested by email
- To answer your questions through the Picco AI assistant
- To fulfil our legal obligations (e.g. keeping correspondence records in case of a dispute)
Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Who Is Your Data Shared With?
To be able to process your request, some steps run through technical infrastructure providers we use. These providers process your data on our behalf, not their own, solely to carry out the task below:

These providers' servers may be located abroad (primarily the United States). By filling out a form or using the chat assistant, you give explicit consent for your data to be transferred to these overseas service providers in this way. Data may also be shared with legally authorized public bodies where required by applicable law.
5. Legal Basis
Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed based on your explicit consent (the act of filling out a form or writing to the chat assistant) and on the legal basis that processing is necessary to provide you with a quote or information at your request.
6. Retention Period
Your form and chat data is kept in our email records for a reasonable period to fulfil your request and for any follow-up communication; it is not stored in a separate customer database. If you'd like it deleted, simply contact us using the details below.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to us to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about it, if it is
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it's used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties it's transferred to, domestically or abroad
- Request correction if it's processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the law
- Object to processing, and request compensation if you suffer damage as a result
